Tenants Permitted Payments.
Holding Deposit: Capped at equivalent of one week’s rent. This reserves the property. This is deducted from the balance due at tenancy commencement.
Note: We reserve the right to withhold the holding fee if you withdraw, fail a Right-to-Rent check, or provide false/misleading information.
Tenancy Deposit: Capped at 5 weeks’ rent (where annual rent is below £50,000)
All deposits for Assured Periodic Tenancies are protected under a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.
